Please DO NOT book a massage if any of the following conditions are present:
Cold or flu like symptoms no matter how mild they seem
Skin diseases including psoriasis and severe eczema
Nut allergies (bring your own hypoallergenic product and i'll happily use it)
Recent operations or injuries
Under the influence of drugs and alcohol
Pregnancy in 1st trimester
A medical consent form is REQUIRED from your Physician if any of the following conditions are present:
Any conditions where you are being treated by a medical practitioner
Payment is due at time of service. I accept cash, check, paypal, and all major credit cards. Gratuities are not required but are certainly welcomed. $10-$20 is industry standard for 1 hour service. Repeat visits and referrals are also great forms of gratuity. Specials and discounts cannot be combined with any other offer. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and maintain their original service value for 1 year at time of purchase regardless of price change. For example, if a massage is purchased for $80 and 6 months later price changes to $90, you need not pay the difference. After 1 year, $10 fee will be added. Massage packages follow the same set of rules of gift certificates and do not expire but prices are subject to change. If I cannot honor gift certificates or massage packages in a timely fashion due to injury, illness or decide to relocate or retire, all monies will be refunded if purchased less than 2 years prior.
Please understand that I only get paid when I perform a service. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the regular price of treatment with the card on file. If I can fill your slot, no fee is collected. If you arrive late for your appointment, I'll try to give full treatment time, but if I cannot you will be charged for full service. Life has its emergencies and I'll take that into consideration when enforcing cancellation policy. New clients may be asked to get Groupon refunded.
I'll hold myself to the same standard on cancellation policy. If I need to reschedule less than 24 hours, your next service is 50% off. If I need to cancel in less than 6 hours, your next appointment is FREE. Clients with poor attendance record and punctuality will not be welcomed back.
